RECENT OWN OPERATION · ARLON (BE)

Creating a modern and energy-efficient building.

In the heart of the city centre, where mixed housing typologies make complete sense, an old and inadequate building made up of small flats and studios was entirely restructured into a modern and energy-efficient one: a three-bedroom duplex with garden, a two-bedroom flat with loggia and a studio, completed by three parking spaces. Energy performance was raised from class G to A/B, with no fossil fuels, and a garden created on previously concreted ground. Two exit options: retain as rental income or sell as individual units.
